Spousal and Child Support

In New Mexico, child support is determined following specific state Guidelines. The exact amount of child support shall be calculated following the Income Shares Model for each divorce case individually. This approach estimates the amount of support that would have been available for the child if the parents had not gotten divorced. The given amount shall be divided proportionally between the parents, based on the gross income of both parents and the number of children involved.

Here’s how our process works.

Nobody wants to go through this process but NM Online Divorce Assistance Service was so user friendly and made the situation less "scary"! It's not overwhelming either, which I was worried it would be. I'd definitely recommed this to anyone who is going through an amicable divorce or undisputed divorce.
